CRACTT - PETITION TO CHANGE OUR LEGISLATION, SECTION 704 OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT - 1996

CHANGE EMF SAFETY GUIDELINES OF THE FCC, IN RELATION TO MICROWAVE RADIATION EXPOSURE AND WIRELESS ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION:

We petition congress to take immediate action, repealing section 704 of the Telecommunications Act - 1996, providing the American people the freedom of choice in regard to eletromagnetic radiation exposure and environmental pollution. And safe guarding our property fiancial investments from cell tower take-over and siting within residential property zones, districts, and subdivisions.

Issue a National Moratorium on the wifi, wireless and Wi-Max markets, uniting both government and cell phone company interests, in regard to the health and safety of the American people.
Offer and provide on-going, up-dated, independent, government research concerning EMF and RF emissions and environmential health risks, offering current fact in relation to RF - EMF FCC exposure guidelines.
Provide local and state rights, repealing section 704 of the Telecommunications Act - 1996, enabling residential property owners to protect their home, health, privacy, environment, and fiancial investments, by rejecting cell phone company cell tower siting within residential zones, areas, districts, and communities.
Provide wireless free options for American citizens who oppose wireless EMF - RF pollution. This would include keeping wireless technologies out of our public school systems, public transportation, government and public spaces, in order to create wireless free areas, zones, and districts.
